Sun Kang, CPA, CGA
Managing Partner
Sun graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1996. After focusing on raising her children, she returned to her profession and received her Chartered General Accountant designation in 2011.

With knowledge and experience she built through working at former training offices, she established Sun Kang CPA Inc. in 2012 (currently operating as KKL CPA Inc.). Since then, she has been devoted to servicing general private companies, non-profit organizations and individuals with business advisory, taxation, and accounting.

Over many years, Sun served as a volunteer for her church taking on various roles including a financial officer, Sunday pre-school director and many more.

Her calm character, paired with detail oriented personality promote client confidence.
Peter Kim, CPA
Director
After graduating from the University of Alberta in 2013 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Keung Heul joined Canada Revenue Agency where he specialized in Small to Medium Corporate Income Tax Audit.

Keung Heul has received his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2018. Since then, he expanded his career as a CPA in the public practice sector, and joined KKL CPA Inc. in 2019.
Corporate & Personal tax compliance and business advisory are his expertise.

Keung Heul has a strong interest in global news from entertainment, sports, economics, politics, science, arts and more. Combined with his extrovert personality and exceptional communication skills, he inspires a vibrant atmosphere with anyone he engages with.
Bill Kangtaeg Lee, CPA
Director
After graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2013, he started his career as a public accountant.

Bill obtained his CPA designation in 2018 while working at a public practice firm where he gained experience in financial reporting, assurance engagement, and taxation for small and large profit and not-for-profit organizations. Bill moved back to his home in Vancouver to join KKL CPA Inc. in 2020 to further expand his career in the public practice sector.

Basketball has long been a passion for Bill. From playing, watching and coaching teams. Having started off by playing Varsity at Kitsilano Secondary School, he continued to pursue his passion for basketball by playing at the college level at the Augustana campus of the University of Alberta. Currently, he has been actively volunteering as an assistant coach for senior boys basketball team at Kitsilano Secondary School since 2021.
Bill strongly believes the importance of discipline in teamwork, through which he built the core values of his life such as communication and co-operation skills and humbleness.
